Findynet Cooperative collects personal data for the purposes of managing customer relationships, provisioning and developing of services, marketing and planning the Cooperative’s services. The processing is based on the legitimate interest of Findynet Cooperative to manage customer and partner relationships and to market its services.

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, to access the processed personal data.

The controller is obliged to keep the accounting records for the period specified in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10) (10 years). Therefore, accounting records cannot be deleted before the expiry of this period.

6. Regular sources of information

Personal data is collected from the customer at the time the customer relationship is established and from the registrar’s systems to the services via online forms. It is also updated from official sources or other service providers to ensure that the information is up to date.
