Findynet Cooperative appoints Saku Sairanen as new CEO

The board of Findynet Cooperative has appointed Saku Sairanen as the cooperative’s CEO, effective April 1, 2025. Saku holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has extensive experience in developing digital service concepts, including at Blyk. For the past 14 years, he has served as the CEO and lead service design consultant at Exove Design Oy.

The current CEO, Markus Hautala, has played a pivotal role in building Findynet from the beginning—first as the chairman of the board and then as CEO since 2022. Markus will continue his work in digital identity development at Tietoevry, where he is responsible for developing the company’s digital identity business domain. The board of the cooperative wishes to warmly thank Markus for his dedicated and impactful contribution to establishing Findynet as a key player in Finland’s digital identity ecosystem.

Findynet Cooperative is a non-profit collaboration organization that brings together public and private sector entities to develop and maintain a general-purpose trust network. Through Findynet’s trust network, both individuals and organisations can share their information securely and smoothly in various transactions. The trust network enables parties to trust each other and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the information used in transactions. Findynet Cooperative comprises nine public and private sector organisations: DNV Cyber, Finanssiala, Gofore, Kela, Nordea, OP Group, Posti, Technology Industries of Finland, and Tietoevry.
