Findynet Cooperative Invites Digital Identity Wallet Providers to Participate in an RFI Process

Findynet Cooperative is seeking information from potential providers of digital identity wallet solutions that offer a first-class user experience and are technically interoperable with the Findynet network. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to identify organizations interested in developing a user-centric, secure, and interoperable digital identity wallet to support Findynet’s pilot projects, including the Kela-HSL pensioner discount pilot.

Purpose of the RFI

This RFI is an information-gathering process intended to explore the market for digital identity wallet solutions capable of meeting Findynet’s technical interoperability specifications. As part of this process, Findynet is exploring the possibility of funding a selected provider to implement Findynet interoperability in their wallet solution.

Participation in this RFI may lead to invitations for future procurement processes, including potential Requests for Proposals (RFPs). However, this RFI does not constitute a commitment to any future engagement.

Submission Guidelines

  • Deadline: March 12, 2025, by 8 PM CET

Selection Process

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • Technical Capability
  • Alignment with Interoperability Requirements
  • Overall Feasibility

Following the evaluation, selected providers may be invited to meetings to discuss their solutions in more detail, including technical specifications, support services, and potential collaboration opportunities.
