Samuel Rinnetmäki appointed CEO of Findynet
The Board of Findynet Cooperative has appointed Samuel Rinnetmäki as the Cooperative’s Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 October 2026. Samuel previously served as the Cooperative’s Chief Technology Officer from 2023. He has extensive experience in developing trusted and seamless digital services and in leadership roles across various organisations.
The Cooperative’s previous CEO, Saku Sairanen, led Findynet’s operations from April 2025. During his tenure, new members joined both the Cooperative and its partner programme, Findynet participated in several pilot projects, and general awareness of solutions for seamless and secure digital interactions increased. The Board of the Cooperative thanks Saku for his contribution.
Findynet Cooperative is a not-for-profit collaborative organization that brings together public and private sector actors to develop and maintain a general-purpose trust network. Through Findynet’s trust network, both individuals and organisations can share their information securely and seamlessly in different service interactions. The trust network enables parties to trust one another and verify the accuracy and reliability of the information used in those interactions. Findynet Cooperative has eleven public- and private-sector member organisations: DNV Cyber, Finance Finland, Gofore, Kela, Nordea, OP Pohjola, Posti, Reaktor, Suomen Asiakastieto, Technology Industries of Finland and Tieto.
